Cancellation Policy: Effective January 1st 2022. We understand that things do come up and life does happen, but we do have to make sure we are still able to take care of our employees too. We value you choosing us as your groomer, and we set aside time exclusively for you! In the event that you need to cancel or modify an appointment, we kindly ask that you do so by 4pm the day prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. No Show Policy: We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment in advance so that we are able to fill your spot with someone on our cancellation list. 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment without any notification your appointment will be considered a no show - this will result in a no show fee. Late Policy: We ask that all of our clients try to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment time. If you are running late, we will do our best to still accommodate you given our time constraints. After 15 minutes there will be a $20 service fee per dog with an additional $1 per minute per dog applied to your groom if we are still able to accommodate your dog that day.
